Cancelling your order
Goods must be returned unopened and secure to avail of a full refund. A full refund will be given on orders that have not been dispatched. The delivery charge will not be refunded on goods which have left our warehouse and have incurred a delivery charge. Opened goods and packaging constitutes acceptance of the order. Once the order is received back at Beeline in good condition, a refund will be provided to the credit card or payment system used.
Orders Cancelled by Beeline
Circumstances may arise whereby Beeline must cancel an order. This may arise due to lack of stock, storm or weather damage to stock, fire or theft, changes in legislation, changes in ownership, mispriced products on our website due to typographical error or supplier error. In such an instance Beeline will provide a full refund of the payment made and an email confirmation of the cancelled order as soon as possible and no later than 30 days from receipt of order. No additional compensation will be offered.
